Eric seems to be quite proud of his works focused theology; he’s even found seven little friends who seem to have written a song for him…
Eric actually likes to sing the whole song to warm up; it seems to express his theology so well…
We dig dig dig dig dig dig dig in our mine the whole day through
To dig dig dig dig dig dig dig is what we really like to do
It ain’t no trick to get rich quick
If you dig dig dig with a shovel or a pick
In a mine! In a mine! In a mine! In a mine!
Where a million diamonds shine!
We dig dig dig dig dig dig dig from early morn till night
We dig dig dig dig dig dig dig up everything in sight
We dig up diamonds by the score
A thousand rubies, sometimes more
But we don’t know what we dig ‘em for
We dig dig dig a-dig dig
Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho
Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho
Heigh-ho
Chorus
Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho
It’s off to work we go
Church Logic

Sometimes John just can’t figure out how his pastor can have so many crazy, out of context ideas about the gospel and the outworking of the Christian life, but unfortunately Pastor Moses doesn’t even care if his ideas and theology make sense or not. It seems he has a one track mind, logic or no logic, in context or out, it doesn’t matter; what is important is the task at hand: Work like crazy to build the church.
Jesus And Moses

John is amazed at how much Jesus has done for him; Moses is amazed at how much he does for Jesus… If fact Moses is convinced without his expert management skills, the work of Jesus would come to nothing, after all if Moses didn’t organise every detail of his church members spiritual life, then who would?
Jesus perhaps? … Well, not if Pastor Moses has any say in the matter.
The Hedge
John is getting tired of hearing all these fine sounding prayers that are filled with Christianese. Eric on the other hand loves Christianese, it makes him sound so spiritual when he uses it.
The definition of a hedge: a row of bushes or small trees planted close together, esp. when forming a fence or boundary
