		<description>I remember at my old Church they called all leaders on stage in front of a huge audience and each leader got a letter of the alphabet ascribed to define the Church. They started from A, then B, etc. When the letter L came up I was convinced that he was going to say LOVE, I mean what could be more important than what Jesus called that the most important thing of all things. 

He said &#039;Leadership&#039;. I don&#039;t mean to be judgmental, but can you believe this?</description>
