Pastor Moses, although fully aware he is bending the truth when he says that no one is looking around during the alter call time, seems to be perfectly at ease with his little white lie.
John is not sure if those who raise their hand, only to open their eyes and find Eric standing next to them with a pen and paper wanting their contact details feel the same way.

I LOVE these last two comics. Hilarious!!! Not because it rips off pastors but because as Christians we don’t realise that the phrases we repeat are so often “loaded”. MANY people see straight through this and it stumbles them. I love these comics because it exposes something that we most times are actually thinking (like gee that guy really laid it on thick when he gave the altar call this morning).
Have you read the book “Jim and Casper go to Church” by Jim Henderson? Also “AKA lost” by Jim. If you haven’t you must must read. It is right up your alley and will bless your socks off. By the way I have read the “Complete green letter” and was blessed to see it in your bookstore. It helped me out so much and did not know that anyone else in the world had read it besides my mom and I.
