Yep. When my wife divorced me and I chose to keep loving her and NOT succumb to the temptation to shorten my time of grief and heartbreak, most all of my friends got tired (very quickly) of my brokenness, and openly asked why I stay loyal to her, and why not just “move on” with my life. Only a few good friends encouraged me in a time of incredible spiritual storms and reminded me of my Guide. Great blog!!

How many Christian Male leaders in ministry have given up on me and my problems in faith when I haven’t responded to their advice when what I needed was their love and emotional suppport…too many.
