Whatever he thinks the work of the ministry is, you can bet the saints at his church are well equipped to do it. Well, as long as they don’t try to do any of the things he’s hired to do. And as long as it’s related to increasing attendance for the programs and events his church has scheduled. And as long as they don’t act independently of his authority and covering.
hope that doesn’t sound too cynical, but I do think the church as a whole falls far short of equipping all the saints to do the work of the ministry.
