.The ‘Marriage Material’ Checklist.
As soon as a possible candidate for marriage joins the church, Liz is quick to decide within the first 10 minutes of meeting them if they are potentially her future husband. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) for John, he didn’t seem to tick all the boxes to become a candidate as Liz’s future hubby. Funny thing is, she had only spoken to him for less then a minute. That’s jumping the gun a little isn’t it?
Introducing Liz, The Service Coordinator
Liz is a passionate volunteer in Pastor Moses’ church. She is the service coordinator, and it is her responsibility to make sure every minute of the service is planned and runs according to the service run sheet.
She is somewhat obsessed with her position in church, in fact it is rumoured that she doesn’t take of her service coordinator headset even when she is at home!
Introducing Jessica, Liz’s Faithful Assistant
Jessica is one of the young people in the church, who has become the faithful assistant to Liz. Jessica finds some of the things that go on in church a little odd, and she often tries to seek some clarity by asking Liz questions. But Liz doesn’t have time to really think about these things enough to give her an answer. After all, she has a service to coordinate!

This comic was just a bit of fun. I needed to do a new one to fill in the storyline where Liz and Jessica meet John for the first time. This is how I imagine it happened
