Pushing Theological Buttons

Pastor Moses is normally I very calm, controlled Christian. But when John expresses his theological ideas with Pastor Moses that conflict with his own way of theology, he finds himself being overcome with a powerful urge to use his super spiritual anointing to, well, explode John for daring to suggest such things. But is that really a loving, Christian way to respond? After all, John is just searching for truth, and wants to share that journey with Pastor Moses so that they can, as a community, grow together in their understanding of God and the New Covenant they are a part of. There’s nothing wrong with that, right?
